Hebrew Program in the Department of Near Eastern Languages and Civilization in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven, and Yale MacMillan Center
Golda (2023), directed by Guy Natitiv is a biographical drama depicting the life of Israel Prime Minister Golda Meir and focuses on the responsibilities and decisions Meir faced during the 1973 Yom Kippur War. The film was followed by a discussion led by Professor Doron Ben Atar from Fordham, which also addressed the current events in Israel.
